As part of our continuous commitment to product excellence and customer satisfaction, Ross Engineering Corporation is proud to announce our certification to the ISO 9001:2000 International Standard of Quality and accreditation of our High Voltage Calibration Services to ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
On March 6, 2008, we became an ISO 9001:2000 certified company by completing a registration audit conducted by BSI Management Systems America, Inc. This certification is the culmination of years of hard work, consistent top quality and high reliability products of Ross Engineering Corporation.
On August 18, 2008, we received accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 through The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). This certificate includes accreditation to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and any additional program requirements in the field of High Voltage Calibration.
We are excited by the improvements we have already achieved, as well as by those improvements that will result from the implementation of the ISO standards. We look forward to reaching new levels of success with each of our customers by meeting their requirements, providing open and effective communication, and measuring satisfaction.
