Larry Carlberg, GKS Service Bureau Manager commented, "I am delighted to announce that Mike Willcox has joined GKS Minneapolis to assist me with quoting and services leads. He has a comprehensive background in manufacturing and sales, with a sound understanding of our laser scanning capabilities and of the Laser Design equipment." With over 18 years working in the aerospace and precision sheet metal fabrication industries, Willcox is very experienced in photo-tooling and electro-mechanical switch manufacturing, as well as CAD design, CNC programming, and quality and inspection applications.
The addition in personnel increases the office's ability to follow up with scanning services and quoting projects in a timely manner. Willcox is fully trained in all the Laser Design scanning equipment and data processing software, and has a wide knowledge of manufacturing procedures, so he can explain to customers how the 3D laser scanning technology can help them be more efficient and lower their project costs. With Mike's comprehensive sales skills and the implementation of 64-bit computing technology, GKS has unmatched capabilities to offer faster service at competitive prices and meet the growing demands of our economy.
GKS Minnesota will be able to quickly deliver quotes for the ever increasing number of scanning projects, making the laser scanning option faster and more convenient for its customers. Demand for scanning services, both at GKS's lab and at customer sites, is growing and the added manpower at GKS Minnesota gives Midwest businesses access to the most timely and reliable service available in the area.
