(March 7, 2008) TEK Industries, a Fremont-based international manufacturing and distribution company and parent company of AccuCut, became the only Nebraska company to receive an ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Approval for document imaging, according to whosregistered.com, the industry's most accepted registrar of ISO certifications. TEK is one of only two U.S. companies that will be listed in the document imaging category at whosregistered.com (the other is Pitney Bowes).
TEK also is already the only Nebraska company listed at whosregistered.com that provides ISO certified fulfillment operations for general merchandise. TEK received the warehousing and fulfillment certification last summer.
"Our ISO certifications are a confirmation of the quality standards we use through our entire operation, from warehousing and imaging to contract manufacturing," said Steve Nabity, chief executive officer. "I'm pleased that we can give our customers this additional assurance of quality."
