FENTON, MI, U.S.A., March 17, 2008: NOVATEC, Inc. has appointed Peter L. Armbruster as regional vice president responsible for sales in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, as well as in Canada.

Headquartered in Fenton, MI, Armbruster will also coordinate with the Kalamazoo-based NOVATEC Great Lakes Regional Projects Office, which provides engineering services for complete auxiliary equipment systems. Armbruster entered the plastics industry in 1996 as a senior designer for AEC/HydReclaim, Inc. From 1998 to 2001 he was a project manager and systems sales engineer for AEC, where he designed, sold, and supervised installation of process cooling, material conveying, blending, and drying systems for such customers as Whirlpool, Lear Corp., 3M, and General Electric. In 2001, AEC appointed him group regional manager for the states that now make up the U.S. portion of his responsibilities for NOVATEC.
