Now in its 14th Year, Lionbridge's VeriTest Certification Service Ensures Applications are Well-Integrated with New Windows Server 2008
LOS ANGELES and WALTHAM, Mass., Feb. 27 -- In conjunction with today's public launch of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 in Los Angeles, Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:LIOX) has opened authorized testing and validation services for independent software vendors (ISVs) seeking the Microsoft Certified for Windows Server 2008 designation for their applications. The VeriTest® team at Lionbridge has certified software products and conducted pre-tests for a select number of ISVs since the program was announced in June 2007. With today's launch, all ISV partners will now have access to Lionbridge's depth of experience and knowledge of the certification process to speed testing and begin distributing certified products to the market.

In addition to the official test, VeriTest Pre-Certification services help ISVs prepare software products for the Certified for Windows Server 2008 logo. The VeriTest team will assess a pre-release version of the product for compliance and to identify likely issues that may cause the product to fail the official test. The pre-certification report will enable the correction of most logo compliance issues without disrupting the product's release schedules.
VeriTest is an authorized solutions partner for many Microsoft third party product certification programs, including the Microsoft Certified for Windows Vista and Certified for Microsoft Dynamics Programs.
