GREENWICH, Conn., Oct. 18, 2007 -- Megadata Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: MDTA) announced today that AirCell, the leader in airborne telecommunications for business and commercial aviation, has purchased a suite of PASSUR data, information and software capabilities, and access to the PASSUR national radar network.

AirCell will use PASSUR's capabilities to enhance its customer monitoring, quality assurance and marketing efforts. The PASSUR suite will support AirCell in its efforts to deliver a superior passenger experience. Both commercial and corporate aviation fleets will benefit from PASSUR's unique, real-time capabilities including flight databases, tracking and activity reports.
