Plastic Molded Concepts, Inc. of Eagle, WI offers you a broad range of creative plastics processing services. Our goal is to help you develop and produce injection molded plastic parts that fit, that work, and that cost as little as possible.
Drawing on more than 31 years of experience, our ISO 9001 certified company transforms your designs into finished parts that fully satisfy your specifications, and consistently meet all appropriate quality standards.
We can provide virtually any short and long run production facilities you may require, without the need for extensive capital investment on your part. Our capabilities embrace the full range of molded plastic production operations, including prototype and production molding of thermoplastics, thermo sets and elastomers (our injection molding machines range from 28 ton to 700 ton capacity); and a complete range of molding and post-molding operations, including in-mold decoration, precision machining, thermal fusion, post-molding decoration, assemblies and packaging.
Our process machines were specifically chosen to give us the broadest, custom plastic injection molding capability, and have been customized and upgraded to meet our performance and control requirements. We constantly look for opportunities to apply automation techniques to eliminate cost.
Most of our customers require completely finished injection molded parts, ready for final assembly into their products without further processing or inspection. We routinely meet their stringent quality and delivery requirements, including those operating JIT or KanBan systems.
Plastic Molded works with various industries, including aerospace, medical, and defense. Plastic Molded supports the Javelin and Joint Strike Fighter programs and has provided 95,000+ plastic injection molded parts while maintaining a 99% or higher performance rating for 36+ consecutive months. Plastic Molded, founded in 1975, was recommended for the Preferred Status by the Javelin program subcontract administrator not only for their outstanding performance, but also for their close support and cooperation with program needs. Plastic Molded, a Gold Level Preferred Supplier, achieved STAR supplier designation in September 2009.
