Wilson, John G., Machine Ltd.

Princeton, ON -Tiercel Technology Corp. today announced the acquisition of John G. Wilson Machine Limited. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition enables John G. Wilson Machine Limited to build on its expertise for expansion of its global client base and innovative use of technology.

"This is an exciting milestone for an innovative company that has provided customers with quick turnaround, high precision components and metal assemblies since 1953, " said Bruce Seeley, President of Tiercel Technology. "Much more than a job-shop, the company has continually invested in modern automated CNC, laser and robotic machinery. We are well positioned to thrive in this new economy."

John G. Wilson Machine Limited is one of Ontario's leading metal fabricators, manufacturing a wide variety of components for customers worldwide. John G. Wilson capabilities include engineering and design, tooling and complete quality control. Process capabilities include laser welding, CNC machining, production welding, metal spinning and powder coat painting and finishing. The company, one of the larger employers in the area, ships metal components globally. John G. Wilson has a tradition of quality products at competitive prices.
