Dorner Mfg. Corp.

Release date: September 17, 2009

New program provides access to conveyor experts after normal business hours, including weekends

HARTLAND, Wis., (September 17, 2009) - In today's busy production facilities, many manufacturers are working around-the-clock, when even a relatively minor maintenance issue can quickly turn into a costly delay. Fortunately, customers of Dorner Mfg. Corp. now have access to the company's conveyor experts outside of normal business hours, including Saturdays and Sundays. As of September 15, 2009, Dorner is offering unprecedented access to its highly-trained team of experienced service technicians. The team will be available "24/7" to quickly address any maintenance issues or answer other service-related questions to keep Dorner customers up and running. To take advantage of this helpful new service, Dorner customers are encouraged to call 1-888-417-3515 anytime outside of normal business hours starting September 15, 2009.

"Bottom line, the goal of our after-hours service hotline is to allow our customers to continue production at all times - which translates directly into lower cost of ownership and higher ROI for those who utilize Dorner products and services," said Gary Wemmert, director of parts and service for Dorner Mfg. Corp. "Of course, we'll also continue to offer maintenance and service assistance during normal business hours at 1-800-259-1510 - this number remains unchanged for those customers accustomed to contacting us during a typical weekday."

The new After-Hours Service Hotline is part of the "Dorner Advantage," the company's unique, multi-pronged program that also includes the following: an Applications Hotline where customers can connect one-on-one with application engineers during normal business hours; a 10-year limited warranty; the fastest delivery times in the industry; and a FIT (Factory Inspection & Training) Program that ensures customer equipment is installed correctly and continues to operate productively for years.

For more details about the new After-Hours Service Hotline, or any of the customer-focused initiatives that define the Dorner Advantage, please visit Dorner.com or call 1-800-397-8664.
