About Proto-Cast:
Since 1959 Proto-Cast started out as a mold building company. We are now nationally recognized custom injection molder and tool fabrication facility. We manufacture in a 22,000 sq ft facility with machine capabilities ranging from 45-ton presses up to 350 tons. Our shot sizes range from 2.5 oz up to 60 oz. Our capabilities include CAD/CAM engineering services, Injection molding services, insert molding, plastic mold building & fabrication, and tooling.
In order to assure our present and future customers a product consistent with their expectations, we at Proto-Cast have developed a Quality Program based on ISO 9000 and MIL-I-45208 with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
