Creative Materials Inc.

Release date: May 29, 2009

Creative Materials, Inc., works in close collaboration with the medical industry to develop specific products for medical delivery applications. Two products that support these niche applications are our medical grade conductive inks, 113-09 and 117-23. Using highly conductive silver/silver-chloride fillers, these inks support a number of medical applications.

Tyngsboro, MA - May 2009 - Two Creative Materials' products, 113-09, Electrically Conductive Ink, and 117-23, Medical Grade Electrically Conductive Ink, are used in a range of medical electrode applications, including ECG and TENS electrode applications, transdermal drug delivery, defibrillation, and monitoring systems. These products feature excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, including polyester, polyimide, and glass. With a high percentage silver filler, 117-23 is often used in defibrillator electrodes, while 113-09 is commonly used to make disposable ECG electrodes. Both inks are formulated using tight quality controls and in conformance with ISO standards to provide improved conductivity and high electrical dissipation properties. Extremely flexible, these inks offer excellent resistance to creasing.
