We've built the machines, now we are putting them to work - for you
Tucson, AZ, May 7, 2009 - In these challenging economic times, manufacturers are seeking alternatives to their traditional practices to optimize operations and save time and costs. Automation EZ has recognized this and is pleased to announce the launch of a sister company, Assembly-Flex(TM).
Building on our years of experience with design, integration, and fabrication of industrial automation machinery and semi-automation equipment, and recognizing that not one solution fits all assembly challenges, Assembly-Flex(TM) offers clients several alternatives to meet their specific product assembly requirements. Depending upon the degree of complexity, the volume, and the contract length commitment, we are prepared to offer the following contract manufacturing models:
● Client's can provide their own equipment, fixtures, etc., and we will assemble the product with our staff at our facility. We will evaluate the assembly process to determine what percentage will be assembled manually, with fixtures, and/or semi-automation.
● We can work with our sister company, Automation EZ(TM), to design and build the semi- or full automation equipment necessary to assemble the components. This option provides two avenues that clients can evaluate: they can purchase the new automation machine from Automation EZ(TM), or Assembly -Flex(TM) will own the equipment and assemble the product at our facility.

Ciudad, Operations Manager, ISO-9001:2000 Lead Auditor, Lean Practitioner, and Six Sigma Black Belt. "At Assembly - Flex(TM) we work very hard at understanding the needs of our customers so we can design assembly processes that will exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, and cost."
Assembly-Flex(TM) will be happy to explore contract manufacturing opportunities. Depending on client needs we can assemble the product in our facility in Tucson, AZ or with our partner's facility in Sonora, Mexico, depending which location serves our customers better for faster delivery of their components and/or a "just in time" program.
