The ODM Separator(TM) is a safe machine that makes cutting die windows in finished books simple. It is easy to install the die plate and there's an adjustable cover guide. The operator simply places the finished cover into the mail slot of the Separator(TM) then depresses a foot pedal that cuts a window in the outside cover. A quick die change over system with minimal make ready makes this the ideal window die cutting machine for hard cover photo books. The Separator(TM) can produce 200 to 400 die cut windows per hour.
