Durex Industries

Release date: February 1, 2008

Durex Industries offers heated machine parts in aluminum and bronze, custom designed for OEM applications. These heated parts can eliminate the need for separate heaters to be mounted on or in previously unheated machine components. As a vertically integrated ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of heated components, all aspects of the part are controlled at the Durex facility including design, heater manufacturing, casting, machining, testing, and inspection.

In addition, Durex can offer in-house secondary services such Teflon(TM) coating, 3D modeling, life cycle testing, leak testing, and heat treating. Precision tolerance components designed with modeling software are machined by CNC directly from the program for total uniformity from part to part.

For literature, applications, pricing or more details, please contact: Durex Industries, 190 Detroit Street, Cary, IL 60013-2979. Phone: (847) 639-5600. Fax: (847) 639-2199. Web: www.durexindustries.com. Email: sales@durexindustries.com. Attention: Mike Forbes, Regional Sales Manager.
