The Mantis(TM) is unique in that it scans the 2.4 GHz frequency band and report signal strength in real time, as well as provide (PER) Packet Error Rate, and the devices MAC Address. Since the Mantis(TM) both receives and transmits it has the ability to interrogate Bluetooth enabled devices and discover what device parameters and service levels they have access to. There is even a 'Privacy' mode that prevents other Bluetooth enabled devices from discovering the Mantis(TM) analyzer while you are interrogating them. " says Scott Schober, BVS President & CEO.
