Master Chemical Corporation Release date: July 30, 2008
Perrysburg, Ohio, July 30, 2008-Master Chemical Corporation announces the promotion of Joseph A. Snyder to the position of Senior Laboratory Technician. Over the past year, as laboratory technician for the Research and Development Cleaners Group, Mr. Snyder has completed over sixty technical service projects, where he has solved difficult cleaner application process problems for customers. Mr. Snyder has been instrumental in launching a range of new products including TRIM® TASK2(TM) All Purpose Cleaner, TRIM® TASK2(TM) Glass Cleaner, and custom customer specific versions of TRIM® Whamex(TM) and TRIM® CLEAN F2(TM).
As Senior Laboratory Technician, Mr. Snyder will continue to support Master Chemical's Cleaners Group and Microbiology Department by handling research projects and technical service. Mr. Snyder's work helps the customers improve their bottom line by providing them with ways to realize process cost savings such as faster cleaning, lower energy consumption, and less maintenance. Additionally, his technical service work helps the customer gain more predictable performance by lowering foam, providing excellent cleaning, and reliable corrosion inhibition. "Technical problem solving for Master Chemical's customers is the most important responsibility of our Senior Laboratory Technicians," said Vice President-Research and Development, Michael C. Weismiller, PhD. "Joe Snyder has continuously provided excellent technical service for our customers and we are pleased to promote him," stated Dr. Weismiller.
Mr. Snyder earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Toledo in 2004. He joined Master Chemical in 2005.
