GEA Process Engineering Inc. (Formerly Niro, Inc. ) Release date: July 23, 2008
Niro Inc. has announced that they are changing the company name from Niro Inc. to GEA Process Engineering Inc.
The name change is due to the significant expansion of their business activities which now includes product lines far beyond the traditional Niro business.
The name change should also be perceived as an acknowledgement of the size, strength, and diversity of the entire GEA Group - making "GEA" the cornerstone of their branding worldwide.
The company will continue to operate in its current structure and all contacts will remain un-changed. At the same time they will change all e-mail addresses to

This will reflect and strengthen the GEA brand.
The old e-mail addresses will continue to be operational for the foreseeable future. The web domain www.niroinc.com will for now remain unchanged.
