The term "cleanability" is at the forefront of the processing industry, but downtime to keep things clean is not. Fluid Transfer offers two helpful solutions to achieve the ease of cleaning required today in our line of Sanitary Ball Valves. As a standard feature, Fluid Transfer Ball Valves are designed and manufactured to be easily disassembled for cleaning and quickly reassembled to get them back in service fast.
Another option is our line of C.I.P. Ball Valves, which is available when Clean-In-Place situations are a must. These valves are designed with a dedicated C.I.P. port and unique cutaway ball, which allow for cleaning solution to flow through the cavity of the body and ball, thoroughly cleaning the valve without removing it from service. The C.I.P. port also can double as a product sampling port, furthering the value of this design.
