Advanced Machine & Engineering Co.

Release date: July 9, 2008

Advanced Machine & Engineering Co., (AME) Rockford, IL announces new literature for Speedcut Saw Blade Manufacturing and Services. Speeduct, a division of AME, has been manufacturing and servicing saw blades for over 25 years.

The new brochure describes the variety of styles and tooth configurations that Speedcut sells and services. New carbide, cermet and thin-kerf blades are available along with complete in-house facilities for sharpening, re-tipping and repairing older blades. Virtually any size blade can be fully reconditioned from blade tip to pilot hole, so it's ready to cut ferrous and non-ferrous materials, bars or billets, rails profiles, pipes and tubes.

Speedcut can build and service blades as large as 80 inches in diameter, so whatever your application, you can make sure your blades are always sharp and ready for the rigors of high-speed, high-volume cutting.

Speedcut can also provide unique blades for specialized applications and equipment, such as segmental, solid high speed steel, friction and hot saw blades.

Advanced Machine & Engineering Co., located in Rockford, Ill., is a global manufacturer and distributor of precision machine components, fluid power components, fixturing/workholding, power drawbar and spindle interface components, and saw machines and blades. The company also designs and builds special machines for a variety of industries and provides machine rebuilding, retrofitting and contract manufacturing services.
