To meet the rising demand for sustainable packaging, KOCH Packaging Systems offers a flexible solution based on proven machine designs. Able to use a pre-cut paperboard blank, the blister pocket can be formed to hold the product in a fashion similar to a classic film blister package. 100% paperboard materials can be used with product viewing windows on either side of package. Plastic blister materials can be run on the same machine when equipped with a forming module for higher strength, tamper evident requirements. Classic materials such as PVC or PET can be used as well as more environmentally friendly options like recycled PET or biodegradable PLA films. Equipment solutions are available for low to moderate volumes as well as production scale systems. Full turnkey solutions including custom product in-feed, end of line collating and cartoning systems are our specialty.
