The new product name is Pulse(TM)Roller.
This new name signifies more than just a name change for this well known motor roller brand, it is a new beginning. Kyowa is committed to a presence in North America for manufacturing as well as distribution.
With the incorporation of Kyowa USA located in Erlanger, Ky, Kyowa will now make their expertise in 24Volt motor-driven rollers for material handling systems more directly available to customers in North America. The new partnership agreement with Insight Automation will enable customers to secure Kyowa's well-known design, manufacturing and assembly. Kyowa USA is tailoring operations to meet the needs of original equipment manufacturers, so lead times will be significantly shortened and efficiencies can be greatly improved.
Sales and application support is handled by Insight Automation, which offers expertise in system integration and design of 24V motor-driven rollers and controls. Insight Automation is recognized as the leader in configurable control systems for motorized roller conveyors with the ConveyTrax conveyor control system with over 50,000 modules installed.
As a part of the PulseRoller introduction, Insight Automation has developed the new EZ-24 motor commutation module that provides superior motor performance with the PulseRoller product line and also carries on the tradition of providing commutation for 24 VDC motor rollers from both Itoh and Interroll.
The new website for PulseRoller ( www.pulseroller.com ) will be open soon. This unique website provides all application information on the PulseRoller products as well as useful application, performance, and engineering information for the products.
