BOURNE, MA, April 23, 2008 - Onset Computer Corporation, the "HOBO" Data Logger Company, today introduced the Bulk Export Tool, a free plug-in software utility for the company's HOBOware Pro(TM) data logger software package. The Bulk Export Tool saves users time by automatically converting data log files, which have been collected by multiple HOBOŽ data logger devices, to text files that can be used by other data analysis programs.
"It's not uncommon for users to have hundreds of HOBO data loggers in the field, and to want to look at their data in a spreadsheet or with specialized analysis software," explains Paul Gannett, product marketing manager for Onset. "Exporting data files one-at-a-time can be very consuming. With the new Bulk Export Tool, users can now simply click on any number of data files they wish to convert and the tool will export them all at once. This is yet another step forward in our continuing series of time-saving enhancements we're making to HOBOware Pro to make it the industry's most capable data logger software package."
The Bulk Export Tool is compatible with both PC and Macintosh versions of HOBOware Pro software, and is available for free download at http://www.onsetcomp.com.
