Mountz will showcase two new torque analyzers at EASTEC, the PTT and LTT-Series. Both units are a new class of torque analyzers that offer portability, expandability and documentation control. Meeting the demands to test multiple torque ranges for various torque tools used in production, maintenance and calibration labs, the PTT & LTT feature the new "EZ-Plug & Play" technology, which is an auto-recognition system with Mountz torque sensors. The torque testers are designed for torque calibration, joint testing, auditing or for force and load measurement or verification of load cells.
Mountz will introduce its new line of brushless electric torque screwdrivers, E-DRIV BF-Series. Designed for high production environments, the BF-Series feature a high performance brushless motor design that provides durability and reduces the standard maintenance costs for electric screwdrivers. Additionally, costly mechanical micro switches have been eliminated in the BF series in favor of non-contact magnetic sensors. In addition to lower maintenance costs, the BF tool is ESD certified, ensuring less than 1 Ohm at the bit tip. ESD management in power tools ensures product quality, cost savings and a reduction in overall ESD failures.
