Seco/Warwick S.A. Announces Joint Venture With Allied Consulting Engineers PVT. LTD. In INDIA New Company to Operate as SECO WARWICK Allied Pvt. Ltd.

SECO/WARWICK S.A. President, Jeffrey Boswell has announced that as of April 1, 2008 Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has joined the SECO/WARWICK Group of companies and will assume the name SECO WARWICK Allied Pvt. Ltd. According to Boswell, "We are pleased to have finalized this strategic agreement in order to provide both global engineering and local manufacturing to our customers in India. SECO/WARWICK Allied brings a host of advanced technologies into the group including hydrogen bell annealing, continuous steel strip annealing, steel reheating and galvanizing furnace systems, and we look forward to supplying this equipment to customers worldwide." Mr. Vishnu Nasta, President of SECO WARWICK Allied stated, "We look forward to continued growth through our agreement with SECO/WARWICK. We are moving forward with our strategic plan to expand our manufacturing capabilities and bring high quality products, manufactured in India, to the world market. "
Founded in 1971, Allied Consulting Engineers has over 180 employees and is a highly accomplished producer of industrial furnaces and incineration systems. They specialize in hydrogen bell annealing, roller hearth, galvanizing, continuous hardening & tempering, reheating, bright annealing, bogie hearth, pit pot, rotary and special application furnace systems along with hot air generators, fired process heaters and incinerators.
