Aiming to create public understanding and appreciation of industry's role in global economic and social prosperity, Construction Equipment Hall of Fame will help focus attention on issues such as infrastructure renewal and workforce shortages. Anyone from equipment and related industries may nominate an individual, living or deceased, from manufacturing, distribution, rental, or end-user segments of construction equipment industry. Each nomination must include supporting documentation.

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has announced it is accepting nominations for inductees into the Construction Equipment Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame aims to create a wider public understanding and appreciation of the industry's role in global economic and social prosperity. It will help focus increased attention on issues such as infrastructure renewal and workforce shortages.
Who can be nominated to the Construction Equipment Hall of Fame? Individuals, living or deceased, whose achievements were made in the manufacturing, distribution, rental or end-user segments of the construction equipment industry.
Who can nominate candidates to the Construction Equipment Hall of Fame? Anyone from the equipment and related industries may nominate an individual, living or deceased, from the manufacturing, distribution, rental or end-user segments of the construction equipment industry. There is no limit to the number of nominations that may be submitted by a person or organization, but each nomination must include supporting documentation.
What are the nominating criteria? An individual's contributions may be from any aspect of the construction equipment industry, such as industry innovation, achievements, leadership, corporate citizenship/social responsibility, sustainability advancement, engineering or invention accomplishments, and educational impact. Who are the judges? The Hall of Fame judging board comprises impartial representatives from major industry associations and includes an advisory panel of experts from throughout the industry.

This AEM-led industry initiative recognizes individuals whose inventions, ideas, leadership and courage have contributed significantly to the growth and strength of our industry and our quality of life. Since its inception in 1993, more than 30 industry leaders have been inducted into the Construction Equipment Hall of Fame.
