DALLAS, Oct. 18 / / -- BancTec, a global provider of advanced, high volume document and payment processing solutions, will demonstrate its accounts payable, healthcare and process management capabilities at the AFP Annual Conference (booth #1440), to be held October 21-24 in Boston. AFP, based in Bethesda, Maryland, serves more than 14,000 individual members in corporate treasury and financial management.
BancTec will feature its AP Master(R) accounts payable automation solution at the show. The AP Master solution provides comprehensive, fully automated, out-of-the-box functionality for electronic processing of supplier invoices. Combining a variety of sophisticated management tools that improve the invoice management process from receipt to payment, the AP Master solution is easily integrated with existing accounting and procurement systems. BancTec's AP Master solution also offers the flexibility of being run as an internal application, or as a fully outsourced business process, either of which will save time, manpower and money.
For banks that offer value-added services to healthcare providers, BancTec will demonstrate RemitCycle 360(TM), a HIPAA-compliant revenue management solution that automates and unifies the administrative and financial events between providers, payers and banks. This comprehensive information exchange platform enables providers to greatly improve claims processing and posting efficiency, thus reducing administrative costs, shortening cycle times and minimizing write-offs.
In order to address the needs of organizations seeking to enhance how they perform critical functions, BancTec will also showcase its industry-leading business process management (BPM) capabilities. A powerful suite of tools that enables the rapid development, deployment and management of scalable process management solutions for the enterprise, BancTec's eFIRST Process is particularly suited to large, high transaction business environments.
Finally, BancTec will illustrate how it helps organizations manage the paper component of their business processes through its IntelliScan(R) solution, a next-generation document processing suite that has set new industry benchmarks for speed and resolution.
