LEESON Electric/Lincoln Motors Announces the Grove Gear and Electra-Gear Brands to Be Marketed Through Their Sales Organization

The combination of existing motor brands LEESON Electric & Lincoln Motors with two highly recognized gear reducer brands Grove Gear & Electra-Gear provides the ultimate single-source for motors, gear reducers, gearmotors and electronic drives. This consolidation of sales and marketing will offer many opportunities and benefits to customers of each company, including:

o Easy access to new product solutions o Cost Savings opportunities at the core business level o Dedicated system innovations for "packaged solutions" o Vertical market strengths with multiple product groups o Improved manufacturing capabilities and synergies o Improved customer service and delivery performance o Order consolidation and greater ease of daily business o Expanded Online tools and capabilities

By utilizing a single Sales/ Marketing channel, the customer is able to purchase all mechanical gear reducer products and electric motor products available from LEESON Electric/Lincoln Motors, Grove Gear and Electra-Gear through one sales organization. This change reflects the commitment of the two Regal Beloit divisions to provide the most c o m p rehensive solutions at point of specification or purchase, and to drive toward simplified business activity with each of our customers. This combined stru c t u re will drive benefit beyond the point of customer contact, providing more direction for integrated product development between the motor and gearing products, and enhanced packages of power transmission products in the future.

The websites of LEESON Electric/Lincoln Motors, Grove Gear and Electra-Gear will be updated with links to all product brands available through the unified sales organization. All product catalogs, sales programs and price lists will continue for each brand until product rationalization is completed later this year.
