Blend(TM) and WiPS(TM) Software Team Join Multinational Software Giant
eSkye Releases New Versions of National Account Manager(TM) Price Management & DarWine(TM) Retail Account Level Depletions Brand Management Services
INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 1 / -- eSkye Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of software and services for the global beverage alcohol industry, today announced a strategic move to divest the assets of its eSkye Software Division including Blend(TM) and WiPS(TM) to Constellation Software, Inc., which is based in Toronto, Canada. Constellation Software is an international provider of market leading software and services to a number of industries across both the public and private sectors. The Company acquires, manages and builds vertical market software businesses that provide mission -critical software solutions to address the specific needs of its customers in those industries.
"Since 1999, eSkye has been committed to providing high quality software and services to our wine and spirits clients. This was a great opportunity for our entire winery software subsidiary to join this leading international software company in order to better serve our clients on a global basis," said J Smoke Wallin, Chairman & founder of eSkye. Wallin continued, "This sale enables eSkye to focus completely on our core strategy of beverage alcohol software services for depletions and pricing management for national accounts."
eSkye also today announced the release of National Account Price Manager 2.0. The National Account Price Manager is currently being used to connect some of the world's leading wine and spirits brand owners to large retail and on-premise national accounts utilizing their local distributor partners' pricing. In addition, eSkye announced the release of version 4.3 of its DarWine depletion management system to give even more power to this brand management tool for winery sales teams leveraging account level depletions.
