Custom, Heavy Duty Walk-in Oven is Built for High Temperatures
Adapted from the 100 Series High Temperature Heavy Duty Walk-in Oven for a customer in the oil industry, this gas-fired oven will be used for stress relieving alloy steel. The oven operates at 1,100 degrees F and has adjustable louvers to provide a uniform temperature in the work area.
The work chamber is 48" wide x 48" long x 72" high and will take parts up to 42" wide. The heat combustion chamber is mounted at the back.
With welded steel construction and reinforced steel doors, this heavy duty, walk-in oven utilizes heavy gauge sheet metal inside and heavy plate outside making it robust enough to withstand the high temperatures it will be subjected to.
Precision Quincy's ovens are factory assembled and fully tested before leaving our facility.
