Dahill Industries

SAN ANTONIO, May 14: Dahill Industries now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) and has added Xerox document technology and services to its offerings for customers throughout Texas. This follows Xerox's $1.5 billion acquisition this month of Global Imaging Systems, Inc., Dahill's parent company.

Dahill Industries retains its name and locally focused, independent approach to sales, service and customer support. In addition to current offerings, Dahill is ramping up to provide a broad range of Xerox systems and supplies. These offerings include Xerox's launch this year of 16 competitively priced products designed for offices of any size, such as new WorkCentre(R) multifunction devices that print, copy, fax and scan, as well as Phaser(R) solid ink color printers and multifunction devices.

"By aligning with Xerox, Dahill will continue to strengthen our customer relationships with the breadth and quality of Xerox offerings while retaining the people, portfolio and business model that have contributed to our success," said Mike Mueller, president, Dahill Industries. "We'll continue doing what we do best: applying our entrepreneurial spirit to developing deep relationships with customers and delivering excellent local sales, service and support."

Xerox has the industry's largest portfolio of document systems and services and the broadest U.S. distribution network. With the localized expertise from Global Imaging's 21 core companies including Dahill Industries, Xerox increases its distribution to small and mid-size business customers by more than 50 percent at a time when its portfolio of products is at its strongest.

Dahill Industries became part of Global in 1999. From 11 offices throughout Texas, the company offers small and medium-sized businesses state- of-the-art office equipment and services including the full range of office technology solutions under the Sharp, Konica Minolta and now Xerox brands.
