Stafford Mfg. Corp.

Release date: March 27, 2007

Couplings Mate Dissimilar Shafts

A line of rigid clamp-type couplings for mating dissimilar shafts and drive components, including inch and metric sizes and smooth or keyed designs, is available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Rigid Shaft Couplings are offered in several configurations for mating virtually all types of dissimilar shafts including different inch and metric and large and small sizes; with or without keyways. Featuring one- and two-piece designs and three-piece styles for applications where it is necessary to hold onto one shaft, they will not mar expensive shafts.

Suitable for mating shafts from 1/4" to 2" (12 mm to 50.8 mm) bore, Stafford Rigid Shaft Couplings are available in steel and stainless steel. Some configurations are standard catalog products and others are available as specials. They were developed to help maintain and upgrade drive systems in all types of processing, mixing, and conveying equipment.

Stafford Stepped Bore and Conversion Style rigid shaft couplings are priced according to size, style, material, and quantity. Literature and price quotations are available upon request.
