Columbia ParCar Corp.

Release date: November 7, 2006

New options, accessories and intellectual property fit company's growth strategy

REEDSBURG, WI - November 7, 2006 - Columbia ParCar Corp. announced today the acquisition of specific assets from the FF Acquisition Corp. related to its line of Compact Utility Vehicles formerly manufactured in Mississippi under the Yerf-Dog brand name. The acquisition included inventory, tooling and intellectual property that will enhance Columbia's own line of electric and gas powered industrial, commercial and utility vehicles which are manufactured in Reedsburg, Wisconsin.

"While Columbia's plans do not include the continuation of the current product line, we now have several components and accessories that will find their way into our own product offering," said Scott Breckley, Columbia's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "One accessory that will soon be available on select Columbia vehicles is a newly designed cargo box made from highimpact plastic," Breckley added.

According to Todd Sauey, Columbia's CEO, "The recent activities of FF Acquisition Corp. included the design and development of several new products. These advances were of great interest to Columbia and will integrate nicely with our overall strategic growth plan." FF Acquisition Corp. sold utility vehicles through several "big-box" retailers. Columbia, however, will continue to sell and distribute its vehicles through their international network of independently owned dealers. Mr. Sauey emphasized, "We remain focused on providing the market with quality transportation products through our growing distribution channel of community-based dealers who are best suited to service Columbia vehicle owners."

Yerf-Dog utility vehicle owners can contact 888.926.6554 if parts or technical support is needed.
