Cincinnati Automation Releases a Vision Guided Robot
Cincinnati Automation releases a Vision Guided Robot for machine loading and packing of small components. The system includes an indexing part feed conveyor, an Adept PC based vision system to locate the part, an Adept SCARA robot, an empty tray magazine and feeder, and an unload conveyor to shipper. Other features included an AB PLC, a touch screen HMI, an industrial PC loaded, a bulk part feeder, and a flexible part nest.
