Psion Teklogix and Socket Communications Sign Global Reseller Agreement to Deliver on Customer's Demands
Cordless Ring Scanner 9P offers supply chain and warehouse workers increased productivity with hands-free functionality
Mississauga, ON - December 12, 2006 - Psion Teklogix (LSE: PON), a global provider of solutions for mobile computing, wireless data collection, imaging and RFID, today announced the signing of a worldwide reseller agreement with Socket Communications (NASDAQ: SCKT), a developer of data collection and network connectivity products. Under the terms of the agreement, the Psion Teklogix 7535 and WORKABOUT PRO mobile computing devices will be bundled with the Socket Cordless Ring Scanner 9P, providing customers with a best-of-breed solution that has been tested and validated in the field.

Fully compatible with Psion Teklogix' rugged 7535 and WORKABOUT PRO mobile computing devices, the Socket Cordless Ring Scanner 9P is a wearable bar code scanner with a powerful Class 2 laser designed for demanding data collection requirements. The Liquidmetal construction provides durability in rugged environments, and minimal power usage allows for a full workday of operation without having to recharge the battery.
