4Q 2005 Financing Deferral from IBM Global Financing
For a limited time only, you can make no payments and pay no interest for up to 90 days on all IBM iSeries(TM) servers, xSeries® servers, Integrated Technology Services (ITS) and Printing Systems products, as well as selected models of IBM pSeries® servers and TotalStorage® products, for transaction sizes ranging from $1,000 USD ($1,000 CAD) to $1 million USD ($1 million CAD) per IBM product platform, with 24- to 36-month financing terms, resulting in a maximum financing term, including deferral period, of 39 months.
After the deferral period, you will receive the benefit of IGF's Low Rate Financing offer for up to 36 months.

Start and/or end dates
In the United States, shipment from IBM for all eligible products must occur no later than December 31, 2005. The Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement or any equivalent IBM agreement, must occur no later than January 31, 2006.
In Canada, firm orders (purchase order and/or signed lease agreement) must be placed no later than December 18, 2005, with a Customer Requested Arrival Date (CRAD) of on or before December 31, 2005. The IBM Global Financing (IGF) lease must be signed prior to the date of shipment from IBM.

Additional information/conditions
Your first payment will be in January 2006, so the earlier you acquire your qualifying hardware, the longer your no-cost deferral. For example, if you install in October 2005, your first payment will be deferred for 90 days, and if you install in November you'll have a 60-day deferral. Even if you install as late as December, you still won't make a payment until 2006. The total financing term is the combination of the deferral period plus the lease term you select.
Lower your expenses after the deferral and follow up with our Low Rate Financing for up to 36 months when your payments begin next year. Your budget will go further, and your monthly payments will be smaller. And because it's a lease, you have flexible options at the end of the lease term, including the ability to buy the hardware at its fair market value, extending the lease, or returning it and owing nothing.
