MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisconsin - Tailored Label Products, Inc. (TLP), a custom manufacturer of high-performance labels and die cut adhesives located in Menomonee Falls, WI, swept the Plateless Printing, Household Goods category in the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) annual label competition.
TLP earned first place honors for a Cambria packaging label featuring natural quartz surfaces. The judges were impressed with the label highlighting the detail of the wood cabinets and quartz surfaces while maintaining the lines of the wine bottles and the texture of the flowers. TLP earned second place for a Crossville label that featured a multi-process label that enhanced a variety of detailed textures and honorable mention for a Coleman Powermate label with a complex techno-swirl background.
"Winning these TLMI awards shows that our proprietary plateless/dieless technology can produce exceptional results equal to or superior to other label printing technologies," says Mike Erwin, president of TLP. The company's digital products include label prototypes, domed labels and label kits.
