Knight Electronics Names New Global Supply Chain Manager
DALLAS (September 25, 2006) - Knight Electronics Inc., a major supplier of AC and DC cooling fans and trays, power cords, OEM components and other electronic products, has recently appointed Steve Taylor as Global Supply Chain Manager.
Mr. Taylor brings a wealth of transportation and logistics experience as well as expertise in global supply chain management and strategic operations. "Steve has the market knowledge and proven leadership capabilities to grow Knight Electronics market share in existing markets and in new market segments Knight Electronics is targeting," said Bob Knight, President of Knight Electronics.

It is my goal to increase our knowledge of our customers' needs in order to offer them industry-leading solutions that will help them in all aspects of their business. Previous to joining Knight Electronics, Mr. Taylor worked with Intel where he was a key member of the Strategic Operations Team for the Sales and Marketing Group. He received his MBA from Michigan State University where he specialized in global supply chain management. Mr. Taylor previously worked with Knight Electronics as the Houston/South Texas Regional Manager from 1994 to 1997.
