New DuraRak Line to Debut at Interop Show; Provides Unique, Cost-Effective Solutions for Server Storage
Line Offers Unique Features That Will Appeal to IT Professionals with Specialized Applications Including Educational and Industrial Environments
LAS VEGAS, May 1 /-- Interop Las Vegas 2006, Booth 2037 -- StarTech.com, a leading manufacturer of server management solutions, today announced that it will be introducing its new DuraRak line of server racks along with its complete line of server management products at the Interop Las Vegas show from May 2nd to 4th, 2006. The DuraRak line includes specialized racks and cabinets for education, security and industrial applications.
DuraRak Server Racks provide a cost-effective way to organize and protect sensitive network equipment. In addition to standard open and enclosed racks, new models include:
Wall mount racks and cabinets: Allows network equipment such as switches and media converters to be stored off the floor, providing additional security and convenience. Wall mount racks are an ideal solution for educational and industrial applications.
Flat pack models: These racks ship disassembled, saving space and reducing shipping costs. These models can be easily assembled on-site when needed for rapid deployment.
Telecommunication racks: These racks use two posts and are commonly used for telecommunication hardware such as wiring patch panels, but can also be used for networking equipment using a conversion kit.
