iSeries Access for Linux Available on BOSaNOVA Thin Clients
Phoenix, AZ - March 29, 2006 - BOSaNOVA expands Linux solutions to include IBM iSeries Access for Linux.
The addition of iSeries Access for Linux is the latest in a broad array of embedded IBM options which now include iSeries Access for Windows, Lotus Notes, and Domino Web Access.
IBM iSeries Access for Linux is an essential component for Linux users who want to maintain their use of IBM's 5250 emulator and the associated high end features including ODBC, Remote Command, DBCS, and the Enhanced User Interface.
iSeries Access for Linux is available as an option on our thin client model 7102 which also features the highly regarded Firefox 1.5 Browser, Thunderbird email client, embedded OpenOffice 2.0, Adobe Acrobat Reader, SUN JVM, and both ICA and RDP connectivity clients.
iSeries Access for Linux is supported on V5R1 through V5R4.
