Delphax Technologies Annual Meeting Scheduled for April 6 Shareholders Invited to New Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, Minn.
MINNEAPOLIS, March 30 // -- Delphax Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:DLPX) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2006, at the company's new headquarters, 6100 West 110th Street, Bloomington, Minn.
Jay Herman, Delphax chairman and chief executive officer, will discuss financial results and developments for the year ended Sept. 30, 2005, and the first quarter of fiscal 2006. He will also address the company's priorities for the remainder of fiscal 2006.
The company is currently in the process of moving its corporate offices to the new location from its former headquarters in Minnetonka, Minn.
