The EA12V Sinker EDM incorporates features to enhance accuracy and productivity, combined with a space-saving, automation-ready design. Its multi-position work tank allows the operator to set-up while circulating the dielectric fluid. The patented E.S.P.E.R. II software has multiple programs for measuring, power settings for burning, and orbital data for finishing.
Roku-Roku's new mid-sized super hybrid machine, the HC-548EX, provides the perfect solution to hard-milling and electrode making needs. The machine uses a fully-closed, dual feed back with Heidenhain linear scales on the x, y and z axis. High servo gain with linear scale accuracy provides the best of both worlds - speed and accuracy.
