For small business customers, the combination of TalkSwitch and Cbeyond offers an attractive set of benefits. Essentially, it increases telecommunications efficiencies and simplifies the process of configuring a TalkSwitch system to work in a service provider network. Cbeyond and TalkSwitch are both founding members of the SIPconnect Interface Specification group, a body formed to define a technical specification for direct IP peering between SIP-based service provider networks and IP PBX equipment. Direct IP peering ensures a higher quality of service, access to powerful evolving SIP-based features and lower deployment costs.
