VAL-FAB Inc. has become the leader in the custom fabrication and manufacturing industry. In December 2004, we received our ISO 9001:2000 registration through Perry Johnson Registrars and in May 2005, we received our ASME Certification "U" stamp, for pressure vessels and our "R" stamp for repair and alterations of pressure vessels through Hartford Steam Boiler Global Standards.
VAL-FAB Inc. serves many major companies including the US Government, Imation, GE Oil & Gas, General Dynamics, Prime and General Contractors, and many other OEM Companies. VAL-FAB Inc. specializes in the fabrication of Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Hoppers, Augers, Cyclones, Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Structural Components, Steel Joist, Decking, Stairs, Specialty Weldments, OSHA Guards, Rails, Ladders and Platforms. We work with all types of steel including: Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Mild Steel and Alloy Steel. Our company also supports a wide range of welding certifications including: ASME, AWS, API and USDA Approved Standards. We have experienced journeymen and technicians for 24 hour a day onsite fabrication, repairs and maintenance.
VAL-FAB Inc. has increased our production capacity from 40,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet and our crane capacity from 10 ton to 30 ton. VAL-FAB Inc. is committed to investing in our company and our dedicated employee's to achieve our goals and service our customers for the future. To help us achieve our goals, VAL-FAB Inc. has added three key personnel positions to our team. A Structural Engineer and an Industrial Engineer were added in 2004, both having over 30 years experience. In addition, we acquired the services of a Corporate Financial Officer to assist us manage all the company growth we anticipate in 2005 and beyond. In addition to some key personnel, VAL-FAB Inc. has invested in the latest specialized fabrication and detailing software to compliment our added employees and fabrication expertise. Our company has also implemented some key partnerships with other local companies which makes us a complete service-supplier to our customers. VAL-FAB Inc. is meeting the future head on.
Financial Growth
VAL-FAB Inc. has grown financially over the past three years. In 2003, the sales were $6.5 million dollars; 2004, the sales increased to $8 million dollars and in 2005, we are on track to exceed $11 million dollars. Our goals and forecast for 2006 is expected to reflect the same growth pattern as the previous 3 years. The employee count went up accordingly from 60 employees to 80 over the same period of time.

Continuous Improvement with Technology
VAL-FAB Inc. will be investing in a new laser for 2006 and is looking at lean manufacturing techniques to assist in the increased production from 2005 and the forecast for 2006. VAL-FAB Inc will also be working with more local companies to set up joint ventures and partnerships to better serve our customers in the future.
