3Dproparts(TM) Installs Two iPro 9000XL(TM) SLA® Systems
ROCK HILL, S.C., June 28, 2010 -- 3D Systems (Nasdaq:TDSC) announced today the immediate availability of single piece large parts through its 3Dproparts(TM) network. The company confirmed that it has expanded its SLA® production capacity to fifty-five systems that now include twelve state-of-the-art iPro(TM) SLA® Systems across the 3Dproparts(TM) network, along with a wide range of high performance materials to meet its customers demanding requirements.
As part of this expansion phase, the company installed twoiPro 9000XL(TM) SLA® Production Centers capable of producing up to 60 inch extra-large, single-piece parts and QuickCast(TM) patterns. Regardless of part size and complexity, these Extra Large iPro SLA® Systems deliver unmatched surface finish, fine feature detail and dimensional accuracy for all large part applications.
