Press release date: December 2, 2009

Columbia, CT - 12/02/2009 - F.B Manion, Inc., an industry leader in superabrasive and creep-feed technology, is pleased to announce the change of their corporate name to F.B. Manion, Inc (formerly F.B. Manion & Sons). In conjunction with our name change we are also announcing the restructure of the management team. Effective May 1st 2009, Mr. Wes Bergenholtz became President of F.B. Manion, Inc. Mr. Howard Bergenholtz and Mr. Larry Manion have continued to remain active in a consulting capacity to ensure that the company maintains the superior quality and service historically associated with F.B. Manion & Sons since its founding in 1969.

Mr. Wes Bergenholtz brings with him extensive experience in the Creep-Feed and Superabrasive HEDG grinding industry, most recently working with MAX-TEK, LLC as a process engineer in the development of cutting edge machinery and technology for the Superabrasive field. The new management at F.B. Manion, Inc. is intent on continuing its tradition of superior quality to the industry while expanding its services and developing new process technology to better serve the growing demand in tighter tolerance machine work.

In addition, we would also like to announce the launch of our new website (at www.fbmanion.com) to coincide with our corporate name change and restructure of our management team. Not only has the look of the website changed, but the content has been updated to better reflect the new directions in which F. B. Manion, Inc. is headed and to emphasize our unique and innovative capabilities.

About F.B. Manion
F.B. Manion has been supplying the aerospace and commercial industries with machining solutions since 1969. Starting out as a small 2-man shop specializing in centerless grinding of complex forms, the firm has grown to including creep-feed grinding and superabrasive machining. By the early 90's F.B. Manion saw a need for an improved process in machining superalloys. In 1992 F.B. Manion was one of the first companies to embrace the new emerging HEDG (High Efficiency Deep Grinding) technology. Being involved with this new process from its infancy, F.B. Manion was able to be at the center of its development and a key contributor. That experience has enabled us to remain a leader in superabrasive machining.

Our customers have ranged from large corporations such as GE Aircraft Engines, Pratt & Whitney, Lockheed Martin and Rolls-Royce Energy to small local machine shops. Throughout our history F.B. Manion has maintained a reputation for quality and a policy to produce a product that meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.
