The Paragon Award is a lifetime achievement honor presented every two years to individuals who epitomize Raymond's high standards of customer service. Selected by previous Paragon Award winners, each individual must have been a significant contributor to successful customer operations as a Raymond employee or a member of a Raymond dealer aftermarket team.
