Incline agitators have a shaft and agitator assembly set in the vessel at an angle and can be custom-designed for the most viscous products (up to 2,000,000 CPS), without compromising delicate ingredients. Incline agitators solve the problems that may occur with the presence of dead spots by scrapers that clean the ID of the kettle and push product to the center, while the pitched bars gently fold even the most delicate products... thus providing thorough mixing. The offset frame design directs product to the bottom outlet for thorough discharge of the batch.
