Press release date: November 15, 2007

PSPL announces the *new* Model 5372 14dB Z-matched pickoff tee. The Model 5372 provides exceptional matching on the through-line of the pickoff tee, minimizing unwanted signal reflections. Impedance matching of the through-line is critical to reducing signal integrity issues caused by multiple reflections. 5372 features include: o Excellent Through-Line Impedance Match o Minimizes Signal Reflections o DC to 26 GHz o 5x (14dB) Pickoff o Great for Clock Recovery Pickoff

Normally, a designer must choose between a pick-off tee that gives low insertion loss with a sub-optimum impedance match and a power divider that provides an excellent impedance match but higher insertion loss. The Model 5372 provides the best of both solutions with an impedance match that rivals a power divider and an insertion loss that is only moderately higher than a pickoff tee.
