The pavilion is sponsored by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). AGC is also a CONEXPO-CON/AGG sponsor and is co-locating its 2011 annual convention with the show.

The AGC 2011 IT & Business Solutions Pavilion offers attendees a focused environment for business discussions and product demonstrations. AGC has sponsored the pavilion as an industry service for more than a decade.

"Contractors and other industry professionals are faced with changing technology and business conditions, and they need to keep up-to-speed with the latest products and services that can help them run an efficient business operation, in the field and at the office," stated Richard Brown, AGC's Executive Director of Convention and Meeting Services/Production.

"The pavilion gives show attendees convenient access to new products and applications for side-by-side comparisons, and pavilion exhibitors gain access to a highly qualified audience of attendees with authority/responsibility for project, technology and business decisions," he added.

Megan Tanel, vice president exhibitions and events for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), stated, "AGC represents a significant customer group for our exhibitors, and we value their long-time participation in the show. Our cooperative relationship illustrates the show's partnering philosophy, which brings the most trade show ROI and enhances the show experience for both attendees and exhibitors."

AGC is a full-service national trade association, established in 1918, with more than 33,000 leading firms in the construction industry, including general contractors, specialty contractors and service providers and suppliers.
