    Nov 20, 2013 Housed in 16-lead QSOP package, ADuM144x iCoupler® Quad Channel Digital Isolators come in 3 channel configurations with 1-minute isolation safety rating of 2.5 kV rms and operating voltage range of 2.25–3.6 V. Quiescent power supply current at 2.5 V is less than 5 µA per channel, and power supply current at 2 Mbps is less than 380 µA per channel. With power saving mode, current levels can be reduced to 0.1 µA per channel, resulting in 1 µW of total power for entire isolator.
